The Amphibian Foundation (AF) often receives photography, illustration, and video requests (collectively referred to as visuals). AF has the following policies regarding these requests, which apply to, but are not limited to, all media outlets/companies/organizations and representatives, institutions, partners, staff, and visitors.
To Use or Share an Existing AF Visual
Submit requests to use or share existing AF visuals in writing to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The Executive Director will review your request and respond within ten days with either approval or denial of your request. Associated usage fees and rules will apply, and are dependent on the request. The request should include name, organization, purpose of request, how the visuals would be used/shared, how the visual was discovered, and deadlines.
To Create New (Original) Visuals
Submit requests to create new visuals (i.e., photo or video shoot) in writing to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The Executive Director will review your request and respond within ten days with either approval or denial of your request. Associated usage fees and rules will apply. If your request is approved, but the date of the proposed visit is not available you will be contacted directly by the Executive Director. The submission request should include name, organization, purpose of request, date and duration of the visit, how the visuals would be used/shared, and deadlines
Animal Handling and SafetyAF staff will be present for all photo shoots to oversee animal and human safety. Any surfaces that might come into contact with animals (e.g., lenses, equipment) must be disinfected with alcohol prior to admittance. Since photo shoot visits involve staff time and involvement, an hourly fee of $250 will apply. .

Media inquiries featuring the Amphibian Foundation are, of course, free and encouraged. Other media requests are approved only if the visuals produced are credited to the Amphibian Foundation, either in the credits or captions.
